Your Help Desk Subscription will include:

• Up to 4 Help Desk Tickets per month, or 2 hours of service time, whichever is reached first. Any requests over the 4 Tickets or 2 hours limit will be charged at a reduced rate of $70 an hour vs our regular rate of $100 per hour.

• On site labor, if requested, will be charged at the reduced rate of $70 per hour vs our regular rate of $100 for Help Desk Subscribers.

• Software install and troubleshooting

• Operating System Install and troubleshooting

• Home network setup and troubleshooting

• Printer setup and troubleshooting

• Virus Protection Software

• Remote computer help desk support

• Virus removal and cleanup

• Email Setup and troubleshooting

• Basic Data transfer and backup

• Password reset
